Neil H. Kupferman, Esq.
Neil H. Kupferman is the founding partner of our firm, with over 25 years of experience in real estate law. After graduating from the University of Boston School of Law in 1995, Neil was admitted to the Bar in both New York and New Jersey. He began his career with the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where he received the 1996 President’s Award for his work in commercial leasing. Neil founded his own firm in 1998 and has since been representing a wide range of clients in transactional real estate matters.

Oren Goldhaber, Esq.
Oren Goldhaber joined the firm in 2008 and has since become an integral part of our team. He concentrates on commercial and residential sales, purchases, and refinances. Oren also brings extensive experience in representing private lenders, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, and handling Environmental Control Board hearings.
